Stockholm, Sweden and Sydney, Australia - BTS Group AB (publ.), the global
leader in accelerating strategic alignment and execution is proud to announce
that it has signed an agreement with one of the largest mining corporations in
the world, Rio Tinto.

The objective of the project is to continue to drive a Zero Harm culture across
the areas of Health Safety & Environment globally. The program will be rolled
out to over 1000 front line leaders as part of an integrated Front Line
Leadership program which will cover all regions within Rio Tinto's vast global
footprint and be delivered in 3 different languages.

The objective for Rio Tinto is to create confident, aligned and focused front
line leaders that are able to articulate and role model what it takes to be a
HSE Leader in Rio Tinto. This learning will be reinforced back on the job
through post program coaching completed by leaders of participants using a Zero
Harm Action Planning process developed by BTS.

The program builds a positive experience, leverages the exceptional work
already developed within Rio Tinto such as the Online Global Safety Leadership
Program whilst learning new best practice HSE leadership from peers and subject
matter experts using experiential learning.

The target audience for the 25 programs during 2010 spans from experienced front
line leaders to first time front line leaders globally.

"We are proud that one of the world's leading mining corporations has trusted
BTS with such an important and wide-reaching initiative," says Henrik Ekelund,
President and CEO of BTS Group AB. "HSE Leadership is a core value of Rio Tinto
and BTS. Rio Tinto choosing to partner with BTS was based on BTS's proven
ability to help large diverse organizations effectively execute strategy, we
understand Rio Tinto's commitment to HSE and Rio Tinto understands BTS's
commitment to delivering business results".
